Recreational burns
If you plan to have a
recreational burn, there
are size and space
guidelines. Burning
trash, plastics or other
household items is
illegal. Call the station
for specifics.
The Bethel Township Fire Department, located in the south western
corner of Clark County, consists of two stations covering 36 square
miles. There are 60 part time and volunteer firefighters, EMT's and EMT
Paramedics who are 95% cross trained in fire and EMS.
Services include but are not limited to:

  •  Fire response
  •  ALS and BLS emergency medical services
  •  Fire prevention and community education
  •  Underwater/swiftwater rescue
  •  Confined space and rope rescue
  •  Inspections, residential and commercial
  •  Ohio Region 3 technical rescue response
  •  Level 1 and Level 2 Fire Instructor Academy

We are also an American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) teaching
location, providing courses for the community in CPR, babysitting and
first aid.
